2016 Acura NSX as the pace car at Pikes Peak Hill Climb!
2016 Acura NSX!
The Acura NSX has been a car appreciated by many since it was first released in 1989. However, this marvelous ride was discontinued in 2005 so; we have been waiting for an updated version for, literally, a whole decade. Now, it’s here! Acura announced the 2016 Acura NSX and brought it to the 2015 Pikes Peak International Hill Club. There, it served as the official pace car and now, we have a video that shows its highlights.
2016 Acura NSX – What a beauty!!!
We have to say that we can’t explain how good it is to see this car in something other than silver or red. Under the hood of this hybrid supercar lays a twin-turbo V6 mated to a 9-speed dual clutch transmission that is supposed to produce 500+ HP. The car was specially prepared for the 14,110-foot summit and with its red accents and black stripes it was unmistakable while taking on the mountain. We should probably see this new ride in showrooms in late 2015 or early 2016 but, until then, sit back and enjoy the video!
