All-new 2017 Ford F-450 Super Duty claims GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title for the World’s Largest Banner Pulled by a Moving Vehicle, pulling a 45 by 92 foot, 4,124 U.S. flag over four laps at Homestead-Miami Speedway’s 1.5 mile track.

The attempt took place at NASCAR Ford Championship Weekend in Homestead, Florida (USA) using the iconic American flag as the banner for the record attempt.

The record eclipses the previous mark set earlier this year by Chevrolet with a 40 by 80-foot flag at Texas Motor Speedway on September 28th.

By topping Chevrolet’s record by nearly 1,000 sq ft, Ford has created a tough standard to beat.

With its 6.7-liter Power Stroke turbo diesel V8 producing 925 lb.-ft. of torque and 440 horsepower, the F-450 displayed an exceptional level of towing power that Ford truck owners have come to expect from the top-selling truck series in America.
