A 1966 Ford Mustang modified and tuned to perfection!
Check out this one of a kind 1966 Ford Mustang! Mustang coupes have movie-star good looks and most people notice them. The thing is lately they are almost everywhere, so car lovers are not that impressed anymore. This 1966 Ford Mustang is different. Its owner, Mike Maier, changed its suspension hundreds of times and this time he perfected an essential piece of it -R&D.
Big Muscle don’t usually feature racing shop, but as I said before, this thing is different. Maier put in the old engine, high-reviving 300 HP 302. I know what you’re thinking, but the car is light-weighed so it’s quick. It has won against cars with two or three times the power.
And recently Maier had the chance to prove to the big guys who’s the boss at the Good Guys Del Mar Autocross. Congratulations to Mike Maier for coming in first and Brian Hobaugh who come in second in the Pro Class. Brianne Maier also had some good times with the fastest time of the weekend in the street machine class but hit a cone and ended out of the top three!
