“Apocalypse 61”, satin green 1961 Chevy Bel Air at the 2015 NSRA Street Rod Nationals! This Chevy Bel Air was slammed to the ground, twin turbocharged, and it looks like a real gangster car. The Chevy kept its real vintage look, despite the numerous modifications.

This 4 door Bel Air was bagged, all the chrome has been painted and the cool Detroit steel wheels match the green satin color perfectly. Satin colors became very trendy lately. The interior is stock but they made a few changes at the door panels. This is really nice and clean car with many “cash under the hood”. For example, ZZ 4 crate motor, turbo cam, twin 50mm turbos, fuel injected throttle body, and more…

Before the Chevy Bel Air became what it is, it had stock Chevy 305 four barrel, so this is a big deal for the owner. He finished building it 2 hours before the trip to NSRA Street Rod Nationals. It hasn’t been dyno’d yet, but they will, and no doubt this killer Bel Air is gonna rip it. Check out the sound this Chevy makes!
