However, the folks at the The Fast Lane Truck managed to bring it to the Gold Mine Hill to see for themselves and show us what it’s all about.

This Jeep Wrangler Diesel was modified by Bawarrion (ORZ California) company. The name is actually a combination of Bavarian and Warrior. Well, now, you don’t need much to guess where the guys brought this thing from. That’s right, it’s coming straight from Germany. In Europe, this Jeep Wrangler Diesel comes with a 2.8- liter diesel engine. In addition, it has 200 horsepower and produces 339 lb-ft of torque.

Jeep Wrangler DieselNevertheless, the guys in the video won’t drive a stock version of it. The engine of this particular Jeep Wrangler Diesel produces addition 37 lb-ft of torque and 26 horsepower. When you’re going up a hill you need more torque, right? Well, it seems that with this thing, there won’t be any problems. But, there is more to the modification that it seems. There are several upgrades on the suspension, the Bawarrior has a modified 5-speed transmission and 37-inch tires with beadlock wheels. Also it features a unique towing, steering stabilizer kit and a lot other components that the company manufactures.

The Jeep Wrangler Diesel has been averaging a 21 combined MPG so far, according to the trip meter. That number is quite impressive if you take into consideration the weight of the custom suspension components, over-sized tires and bumpers. So, how did this vehicle do up the Gold Mine Hill.
