Today, Nissan Leaf is one of the best-selling electric vehicles in the world. As a matter of fact, it is one of the most well-know EV in the history. The good news is that Nissan is not stopping there; especially, not with the Nissan Leaf.

That’s right Nissan has a plan and the folks there are committing themselves to do everything that is necessary to move forward. This time, the CEO promises the world that they will introduce a new ground-breaking technology when it comes to the automotive world. He also adds that they are already on track to realize it. There is no doubt whatsoever that Nissan Motor Company’s willingness to question conventional thinking will drive progress. The company has been seeking a more comfortable, safer and environmentally friendly future and by the looks of it, they will get it.

Nissan LeafWhen it comes to the Nissan Leaf, right now, the company is testing the fully autonomous technology that will use laser scanners. In addition, they are working on advanced artificial intelligence, Around View Monitors cameras and complex real-world driving scenarios.

This technology is expected to hit the road in 2020 and to be honest, it is a tall expectation. They haven’t announced how much the technology will cost but, the company says it will be available for “realistic prices”.

Why are we talking about such prices? Well, let’s just say that you need to see it to believe it.  The technologies that the Nissan Leaf will feature in 2022 include warning to the driver, taking action to avoid crashes and 360-degree view around a vehicle.
